Joe Niccum is a native Californian who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He discovered a passion for building and the construction trades after attending college at the University of Oregon. With an eye to design, he enjoys the entire process from an idea to creating plans, from demolition through to the final details. Joe's strength is planning and organization, and expectation of high quality in every aspect of the building process. The Niccum family currently resides in the Portland area, where they are active in their church and community, kids extracurricular activities and the outdoor pleasures of the Pacific Northwest.
